We would highly recommend Marr’s. Office staff was friendly and efficient when scheduling the appointment for a PM on our Mini-Split system, plus great communication during the day of service. Jaron the Technician was excellent also, very courteous, knowledgeable and very respectful/careful of our home when bringing in and removing his tools and a ladder. He also used shoe covers when in the house, which is very much appreciated! The whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional!

Updated: So we just had our annual maintenance check done on our HVAC system and we cannot be happier! A different technician came this time, but he held the same high level attention to detail as ALL of the other techs etc...that have come to help us before. I am not sure of the protocol of putting names on reviews but I would like to pass on to him a hearty Well Done. The tech was very methodical in his processes and patient while we asked him questions and answered questions that were posed to us. He also gave us some pointers about our gas fireplace that isn't currently working. Technician did an outstanding job, real attention to detail. He explained the job as he went along, we highly recommend Marr's for HVAC services.

Joel gave me prior notice to his arrival, asked thoughtful questions about the property and problems, clearly communicated the work he would be doing and the price and payment options. Afterwards he let me know what he found, recommended some things we could follow up on, took payment and was on his way. Very nice, respectful and considerate service.

I was very happy with the clarity of communication of the experience and expertise of the technician. He exceeded my expectations and i will call on them again.

We had a heat pump put in this spring and from start to finish we were impressed with their attention to detail starting with our salesman that came out and went over everything with us answered multiple questions even questions after he left someone always answered the phone to give us the answers that we were looking for so we could make an educated decision on putting in a heat pump. The salesman gave us options for the space that we had and never seem to put out by all our questions and us asking him to come back a second time for clarity. I would highly recommend them one, because it's always good to support the local businesses in our community and two great communication.

I have had two interactions with Marr's Heating and both went very well. Their people are polite, professional and their prices seem reasonable.

First employment of this business for annual inspection & maintenance of HVAC & tankless water heater. Both techs highly effective in personal communication, volunteering as much or more technical info I desired re my systems & potential shortcomings. As with all such businesses, I got the spiel on the advantages of membership in their annual maintenance program. After action report was thorough & identified potential risks with my equipment. Techs were not pushy with info & risks to my equipment, but we're informative. Will stay with this company after 7 years with Baron.

I have used Marr's for extensive plumbing issues and had a new heater system installed. I could not be happier with their service. The customer service has been excellent from the front office, to TJ in sales and Sam with his help in plumbing. They have always been on time and do excellent work. They also take care of you from start to finish. Thank you Marr's for making my life easier.

Good, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly. It was a pleasure having Eric perform my heat pump maintenance and he even went a step above and beyond helping me figure out and resolve a light issue.

The two technicians William and sorry forgot the other mans name. Anyway they were very thorough. They went through every vent in the house and showed before and after pictures. We would definitely use Marrs again. Extremely Satisfied.
